Lovely hot spring experience, clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient shuttle bus, variety at breakfast, beautiful property.

The hot spring pool was clean and relaxing, with breathtaking views of the mountains in the distance. the complimentary breakfast was a real treat, with a range of Chinese and Western options, something for everyone. Location-wise, it was conveniently located near a shuttle bus stop that takes you directly to the nearby train station or the city center.

The room was a bit chilly, and we had trouble adjusting the temperature. the pool was also a bit small, and the temperature was inconsistent between our first and second night.

The room had a beautiful view of the mountains and the city. The hot spring facilities were clean and offered a variety of massaging sprays. There was also a free buffet breakfast in the morning with both Asian and American options.

The carpet in the room looked old and worn. The staff at reception wasn't very welcoming and seemed disinterested in helping with questions about the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was conveniently close to the nearest waterfall and the buses that took us to all the major spots in the area. The hot spring area was amazing, offering a truly relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service. Our room was comfortable and clean, equipped with all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in the dining restaurant, and the spa facilities were a great added bonus.

This hotel is highly recommended to all, as it offers a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent services.

The hotel is conveniently located near to several tourists attractions, including a stunning waterfall, as well as hot springs that are of really good quality. the hotel also provides shuttle buses to take guests to major spots in the Tai Tung area, and is close to the Zhiben train station. We found the bed to be really comfortable and had a good variety of pillows to choose from. the hot spring facilities were clean and relaxing, and we enjoyed using the sauna and public hot spring.

The quality of the food served at breakfast was below average and could be improved.
